ABF offered the best customer service BY FAR that I have enjoyed in literally YEARS. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend the company to others and am completely impressed. I was dealing with a difficult move in that my husband is seriously ill which affected all aspects of preparing for a long-distance move. You have no idea how much stress your employees prevented for me. In addition, every person I spoke to was cheerful, friendly, helpful, and proud of their job. This speaks volumes about ABF’s company culture. Worthy of particular acknowledgement are Wayne, the driver who delivered the cube in Buffalo, and Kevin, the endlessly patient dispatcher in North Tonawanda. They both deserve a pat on the back.
