The man who delivered our things in Dover was incredible. He went above and beyond helping us to remove the bulkhead and to adjust some items that moved during shipment. He was very friendly and provided incredible customer service! Overall this was a great experience. ABF did an outstanding job. I am not sure if this is a possibility but providing an appliance dolly with the ramp would be a huge plus. We rented ours but it would have been nice to skip the hastle. We would have been happy to pay a bit extra for the dolly just to have it with the truck when we actually needed it. Thanks again! We are very satisfied customers!
