Overall, this was a GREAT experience, and I can’’t understand why most people don’’t use this service. However, I do have one critical comment to make, and I hope it’’s taken under consideration: When we got to our destination, the cube was delivered to our house on time. The driver was incredibly friendly. However, the cube was not picked up until three days later. In other words, the cube sat in our driveway (and the driveway of our neighbor), blocking it for three days. This was disappointing. The service center was not rude about it, but their response seemed to just be, Well, we’’ll get it when someone else needs a cube. Considering it took the driver about 15 minutes (at most) to get it (meaning put it on/take it off the truck), I was surprised someone couldn’’t come out sooner. However, this did NOT make the experience unsatisfactory. Rather, it was just a bit of a disappointment. On the whole, the entire experience was GREAT, and we’’re so glad we did it, and we’’d do it again.

Many thanks to our driver who helped us with the bulkhead and in making sure everything was packed in a way that minimized potential for damage. Everything made it safe and sound to its destination!
