it was not made clear to me or my son that we needed to call to have the containers picked up. therefor they say there for 3days longer than they should have, delaying our move in date. we were specifically told we will be here on the 29th to pick the pods up therefore we did not call to have them picked up, they were not picked up for 3 extra days which delayed our ability to move into our new house in a timely manner
