The only suggestion I have is that when making a reservation, your service reps should mention what items should or should not be packed in a relocube - or refer the customer to the website. I was not aware until after my items were in storage that the cubes are not stored indoors. I packed items that I was very concerned would not make it. I had been on your website prior to my move, but I did not see that information. Of course I take the blame on that, but it would be nice if this was mentioned during the reservation process whether online or via phone. I must say though, I was relieved and surprised to learn that all of my items did make it through Kansas City’s hot summer! I would use your service again...thanks!
