ABF is a fanasic way to move, and everyone I interacted with (via phone/in-person) were all very helpful and enjoyable to talk to. Especially the inbound terminal (milwaukee) I had to call a few times to get correct information and even change my drop off date, everyone was a pleasure to talk to.

Milwaukee terminal less organized

The reservation CS was outstanding. Driver was excellent and on time. The CS at the Milwaukee terminal seemed like this was a new thing toher. That termainal seemed less organized than the rest of the organization. Just wated to share the good and not as good.

I used less than the 5 feet minimum in the trailer and wish that your minimum space requirement could be less. Otherwise, thank you for a smooth and uncomplicated move.
