We called several times Tues and Wed to request that the cube be removed from our driveway on the Wed before Thanksgiving. Knowing that the weather was to be bad later on Wed afternoon, we urged them to please pick up the cube early in the day, to no avail. The cube sat in our driveway over the holidays for a total of 5 days. This was the 3rd cube our family ordered. One went to California, one to Madison. No one experienced any problems in the other two destinations.
