We were very pleased with the process. Reservations guy was very helpful, as were people at both terminals. On the destination end, an employee even carried the cabinet (small dresser size) off the truck for us, as it was easier than getting us a ramp. We felt maybe we’’re getting a little old to do the loading, but it worked out. At ages 60 & 69, the hardest part was climbing into and out of the truck. We only needed 3’’ of space as we were only bringing a few things from my parents’’ house. It was the cheapest and easiest of all the alternatives we considered. Everything came through fine, including a lamp with a glass shade. Thank you!

The customer service at the 800#, and the people from the destination service center (Tucson, AZ) were GREAT. The Origin service center (West Allis, WI) was just OK. They always sounded like they were too busy to take the call, and were actually kind of crabby and unhelpul. The drivers and everybody were awesome though.
