I requested 15 Nov 2010, received my quote for 16 Nov 2010. I was not told that ABF did not work my area on Mondays until after i had made the reservation. I was given credit for the mishap. I should have been told or shown what days ABF was in my remote area... Holiday time, mass confusion. I wanted the truck 22 Dec 2010 at my address. after several calls and being patched through several persons ABF thought i was coming to terminal to off load! Not the case, they finally sent truck to address as was discussed with Pam on Monday, as well as we requested a ramp. Truck arrived 1330 hours on Wed with no ramp. Driver was great and went back to terminal for the ramp, received it 50 mins later.
