Average temperature for the year in Kettering is a mild 53 degrees. During summer months, the highs usually run in the 80s with lows in the 60s. Start out on a Saturday morning at the farmers market. If you’re looking for some local vegetables, fresh fruit, groceries, baked goods, visit the market on 2nd Street Market in Dayton, just 5 1/2 miles from Kettering.

Spend Saturday at The Greene with all your favorite shopping spots such as American Eagle Outfitters, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Bath & Body Works, The Children’s Place, Express, Eddie Bauer, Gap, Old Navy, and New York & Company. The Greene is located in Beavercreek, just a 9 mile drive from Kettering.
