This one should be mostly - scheduling trailer delivery, and the drivers themselves were great. I had significant difficulty scheduling trailer pick up after the load. Speaking with service center personnel was disorganized and fruitless, as the UPack dispatcher was unable to be reached. A message left for this individual at 12:45P was not returned even thought I was told they would be back with me very quickly and in fact, I had to call back near the end of the day and request to hold until the individual would take my call because I refused to leave another message and wanted to ensure my trailer was picked up that day. The individual said they would try and get my trailer picked up tonight (which I was not satisfied with as I’d called to schedule pick up much earlier in the day, and this was not my problem). My trailer was picked up later that evening however, as needed. The rest of staff was genuine, and they sounded just as frustrated as I about the inability of this individual to appropriately assist customers. One other annoyance I had was when calling the service centers (both sides) no one answers the phone as UPack or even ABF, they answer hello. I always had to ask if I was calling UPack. I can’’t stress enough how great the drivers were on the Columbus end. Especially the drop driver, he was excellent. The DC drivers were great as well.
