Absolutely superb service from Matt Swinson, Kent Henderson, & Walter (Don’t have last name) in Arkansas office in explaining procedures & setting up date. Very willing to work with me / super polite. Procedures extremely clear. We had to move just 2 chairs, a footstool, and 5 packages of vertical blinds so buying only space needed was important. Origination office in Tonawanda, NY very helpful when my brother delivered & packed items. Truck was very clean. Destination office at Elkridge, MD, also superb in letting us know time of delivery to our home. So happy we could do a live unload for these few items. Driver was very cordial. Everyone we dealt with was a real professional. We are letting others know about your service and would certainly use it again.

Both the Columbia, SC and the Elkridge, MD service locations were great to work with. We found out that our apartment complex wouldn’t allow the relo-cubes on site (nor would many nearby areas, much to our dismay). Jim, Al, and the others at the Elkridge location were very helpful when we had to change the delivery address and also when we found out that the cubes needed to be picked up only a few hours after they were delivered. Because of the hard work done by the staff at your Elkridge location our move was made much less stressful than it could have been. We really appreciate it, thank you!

All of the people we dealt with at ABF, especially in the Elk Park, MD terminal were incredibly friendly and helpful. The people in the MD terminal even let us use their restroom and gave us bottled water. The whole process gave us great confidence and we were incredibly satisfied.
