The only glitch in the move was when the driver left the trailor for me to load. I wasn’t present when he dropped it off at the storage facility where my belongings were stored. He parked it parallel to a building and I couldn’t get both doors to open. There wasn’t enough space between the building and the side of the trailor to allow the door to be opened and hooked to the rear of the trailor. Other than that, I was happy with the service. The phone reps were extremely helpful, cheerful and informative whether I was speaking to the 800 number or the reps at the originating terminal in Phx or the destination terminal in Ankeny. I will definitely recommend your service to any looking to move. Thanks!
