Honolulu to Little Rock

At origin (Honolulu), our relocube was inadvertently shipped 2 months early. We were contacted right away and satisfactory arrangements were made for final shipment. Excellent communication from Honolulu to Little Rock! Also, delivery and pickup of relocube was efficient and professional. At destination, delivery was scheduled for 8-12. Relocube didn’t get here until 3:30 p.m. We understand that delays can happen and would have appreciated a call to let us know so that we could have done some things other than wait! Delivery and pickup were efficient and professional! Overall, a very POSITIVE experience! Thank you!

Compton to Honolulu

The service with ABF was WONDERFUL!!!! I loaded my ReloCube in Compton, CA and it arrived on schedule in Honolulu. Being that I was exhausted after moving from the Mainland to Honolulu, I requested that my ReloCube be delivered to my new home instead of me coming to the location and unloading it there. The change was made and my ReloCube was in front of my house the next day!!!

Great service all around. Friendly drivers, professional staff in person and on the phone, and perfect timing with our delivery! I was so worried our belongings would be broken in the move from Virginia to Hawaii, (either from the move itself or our ineptitude at packing!) but not a single piece was harmed. That staff was awesome. There was an issue with my moth form. The people on the Chicago side easily fixed the problem. Plus the office staff was extremely helpful. The only thing that I would nitpick on is the that you calculate by business days. I neglected to read the small print and assumed it was 10 real days, granted it is my fault, however, it was be better if you put both. Anyway, I am very happy with your service because it was affordable, prompt, everyone was extremely helpful and polite, and above all it really seemed like everything was a well oiled machine. Thank you!!
