I started this process, not knowing what to expect, and prepared to deal with many things. Being retired Navy,
I am accostomed to the challenges of arranging and concluding moves from California to Maryland. I did no have the luxury
of the military logistics and infrastructure for this move. ABF U Pack worked with us from begaining to end, set a standard
for quality of service we will expect for future moves. The Relo Cubes were both practicule and efficient for this type of move.
Everything arrived in Denver,Colorado complete and whole. It was our pleasure to have done business with you.

Moving Maestros in Denver

The move and storage were very good. My packing could use improvement, but overall, my things arrived in good condition. The driver that had to fit the trailer into my driveway from a very narrow street did a great job. Also, the recommended help to unload my truck were excellent! They are Moving Maestros in Denver and were very careful and skilled at unloading the truck, even though the load had fallen forward in transit.

Denver has too few Relocube delivery trucks

Having moved with ABF before from the Denver area, I found that the Denver terminal may have too few Relocube delivery trucks. Apparently there are only two Relocube flatbed trailers for the whole Central Colorado area, so scheduling can be difficult. While drop-off of the cubes went well, I needed to schedule a day and time window for pickup of the cubes at at locked storage area. With so few trucks, they were not able to arrange a time window (morning or afternoon) and missed the scheduled day, telling me that I then needed to call back each morning. I eventually called the ABF 800 number and an ABF supervisor and agent there were able to arrange a pickup time window. (They used a regular truck with a forklift, not the flatbed.) I’d suggest at least one more Relocube flatbed truck for the Denver terminal or using the regular truck as they did, if that is indeed the problem.

I was very happy with your service. I called the Denver service center to ask if the relocubes could located on a flat area at the top of our driveway. The answer was maybe. Your fork lift was very heavy duty. The answer should have been yes. Please give your service center personnel better information and the limitations about potential placement of the relocubes. It would have been helpful to have a definite answer.

It was great seeing as I was new to the area and they took excellent care of me. Even whenI was not going to be there in the time I thought I was going to They still delivered my Relo- cube and whenI arrivedI went right to work unloading. I never met any of the drivers in person neither drop off pick-up, both in Denver and Kansas City. It was so quick convenient and by God’s grace and power no worry. Thanks be to God and the team at ABF!

Kent Henderson helped me book the move and explained all options. We booked it. I just had to cancel my reservation as our plans changed in the last week, no fault to this company at all. I emailed Kent and he had canceled my move in 5 minutes, all by email. Unheard of service these days!

I would like to thank you for helping to make my move smoothly. It was great to have several days to load and to unload. You have so much on your mind when moving a long distance and such a relief to not have the stress of driving a truck through the mountains in winter. The staff in both Tacoma and Denver were helpful, friendly and reassuring. The staff at the 800 service center answered my questions in a very simple and clear way that was so refreshing, it helped me let go of worry and have confidence. I was able to check online from a hotel on the road where my relocube was and I think it actually arrived ahead of me. All I had to do was call when I got to Denver and they brought it right out. The contents of the cube were intact, I don’’t think things shifted at all. I have already told many people about this service and some friends who are moving from New York to Seattle are very excited about it. I definitely recommend ABF. Thank You!
