I originally planned to rent a truck and drive from Colorado to Arizona. These plans fell through when my passenger could not make the trip. I researched ABF online and reserved trailer space with them. From the online reservations, customer service, terminal dispatchers and drivers I received excellent service. Both the dropoff and pickup in Colorado and the delivery and pickup in Arizona worked exactly as described. Storing a trailer overnight is not permitted at my location in Arizona. ABF arranged a delivery early on Wednesday which gave us the opportunity to unload before noon. ABF arrived at 2:30 to remove the trailer, same day. Another important reason for using ABF is the price. I didn’t realize how cost effective ABF would be. Comparing the price of renting a truck, paying for fuel and the drive time, I would have spent about 23% more renting a truck. I am so happy that I used ABF and would recommend them to anyone making a move.
