Extremely helpful staff in Oakland, CA, especially when one of the bulkhead handles was stuck. Dennis found the tools to free it up and helped us get the bulkhead in place.

Good service all and all, just seems difficult to obtain pick up and drop off at a specific time frame since the satellite offices do not get your paperwork until 7 days out. Both requests for early drop off and pick up seem to be ignored or impossible to complete. The Oakland terminal was great and picked up empty trailer quickly upon request however.

ABF was an excellent choice for my move. Everything happened as they had explained to me. The staff at the Oakland terminal, especially Lydia Norris took very good care of my move and storage of my relo cube. If ever I need to move again you will be the mover. Thank you to all your staff. Bonnie
