When my sons arrived in California three hours ahead of the truck, the Chula Vista dispatcher told us the truck was en route and was there by 4 PM as promised(guaranteed Friday delivery). My sons were very impressed by the efficiency of the California driver.

She was very informative and I couldn’t be more pleased with her amazing customer service skills. She was simply amazing at her job and she deserves recognition for her hard work. Second, the origin center’s customer service in Blountville, TN describes true southern hospitality 10 fold. They communicated with me and kept their promises on delivery and pick-up. The drivers were very pleasant to deal with and the terminal operators were great. They kept me completely informed on everything that was happening. Third, the destination service center in Chula Vista, CA was great with working with me on the delivery of my trailer. I can not find her name but I believe it was Janet at the Chula Vista, CA location that provided me top notch customer service. The driver here in California was truly a great guy. He placed the trailer right where I needed it and was just a pleasure to deal with. I honestly don’t know what else to say about my 2nd experience with ABF other than thank you for doing what you do.
