The Upack call center reps were awesome. The destination ABF folks were a bit gruff at times but not too bad. Maybe they don’’t talk to residential customers as often? Our stuff was pretty filthy on arrival - top and bottom. It seems like there might have been something dirty/greasy in the truck with our stuff that got in the air and on our stuff. I wish I would have covered everything in plastic as recommended but I didn’’t think it would be an issue. But, all in all, the experience was good and I would use ABF again.
