Conan O'Brien recently sold his Art Deco duplex for the high price of $25 million, the New York Times reported. His now former home, housed in the Majestic, is located at 115 Central Park West and was sold to Discovery Communications chief executive David Zaslav for reportedly "one of the highest prices paid for a Manhattan apartment this year." It is being speculated that the apartment is coming fully furnished with three terraces, seven bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms.
If it's true that funny man O'Brien is leaving his duplex fully furnished, he may not need to hire a moving service to transport all of his things. Instead, with a few pals, he can pack up the rest of his belongings and have it shipped to his new home in a portable storage container like a PODS® Container. He can spend that $25 million elsewhere on something like a well-deserved vacation before beginning his new TBS show this fall.
