James owns motorcycle shops in both Long Beach and Austin, but has reportedly decided to move to Texas to be closer to his estranged wife Bullock. The actress, who owns a home in the area, also shares her time in New Orleans and Los Angeles. James plans on moving to Austin at the end of June.
It's possible that another former flame of James will relocate to Austin as well. His ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, who has been against him moving to the area, has recently been reported as saying she would consider making the transition to Texas so as to be close to the couple's daughter, Sunny.
Famous people aren't the only ones likely to move to Austin soon. Forbes recently released a list of the best U.S. cities for young professionals to live in. Austin was among them because of its affordability factor, higher-than-average salaries, and good job opportunities.
