Kelly Rutherford leases West Hollywood home

Kelly Rutherford, star of the CW Network's show "Gossip Girl," listing her West Hollywood bungalow for sale at $1.3 million or for lease at nearly $5,000 a month. Having recently leased it out for $4,700, according to the Los Angeles, the actress is likely packing up her moving boxes.

The Times reported that the Spanish-style mansion was built in 1926 and has a sky-lit dining room and updated kitchen with limestone counters. It features two bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms, in addition to an outdoor deck, which features a bar and built-in barbecue.

Before playing the role of Lily van der Woodsen on "Gossip Girl," the 43-year-old Rutherford played parts in the series "E-Ring" from 2005-2006 and "Melrose Place" from 1996-1999, the source reported. The actress is also known for her role in the 2000 thriller "Scream 3" and the TV series "Nash Bridges" in 1999. According to IMDB, she was nominated for a Soap Opera Digest Award in 1991.

According to records obtained by the Los Angeles Times, Rutherford purchased the home in 2005 for $1.25 million.
