Reports indicate Jack Nicholson is selling his Mailbu home.
Academy Award winner Jack Nicholson may not think some can handle the truth, but how quickly his property sells will determine whether some can handle moving into his home.
According to real estate listing website Zillow.com, Nicholson has put his two-home property, located in Malibu, California, up for sale.
The website reports that Nicholson's sprawling estate, which takes up approximately 70 acres, is selling for $4.25 million.
Zillow reports the 79-year-old Nicholson's property has an array of amenities, including a putting green, swimming poll, grotto-style spa, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and picturesque views of the water and mountains.
It's not known where Nicholson will be moving to, but public records indicate he owns several other pieces of property in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Hawaii and Aspen, Colorado.
Perhaps best known for his portrayal as Jack Torrance in the 1980 film "The Shining," Nicholson has appeared in dozens of films and has received 12 Oscar nominations. Having not appeared in a feature film since 2010, Nicholson can often be seen sitting on the sidelines at the Staples Center watching Los Angeles Lakers basketball.
