I just moved from Olympia to Minneapolis MN and U-Pack was very responsive and helpful! I brought my things to the Tacoma location and had them delivered to my door at the destination. It saved me over $800 to bring things to their loading Bay and it was DEFINITELY worth the effort. Everyone was helpful and polite, an employee helped us out up the bulkhead in the truck because it was really heavy and awkward. The person delivering our things in Minneapolis was so helpful! since we didn't bring ...  See Morea lot, and didn't have a way to print our permit to put on the truck; he helped us take everything out of the truck and set it on our lawn in less than 10 minutes so he didn't have to come back the following day and have us risk getting a fine. The whole process was pretty painless, and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! if I make another long distance move like this again, I'm absolutely using U-Pack again.

There was a few hour delay on delivery of empty trailer but it still arrived ahead of schedule at destination. The staff at both locations was very helpful and professional.
