If you want to move? This is the company you need. Moving is a stressful under taking .this company and employee s made my moving day less stressful and all of their staff were helpful and professional . The pod was delived in the time frame. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable gave me tips as to keeping my items from being damaged. One of the easiest things about my move was usIng U-Pack.
The whole experience was very good, from making the first call to find out what service was best for me to the actual dropping off, picking up, and delivery of my items. I used the trailer. I didn't realize how big it really was. The driver was accommodating and put the trailer where I needed it. Showed me about the ramp and bulkhead doors. Came within a day of it being packed and then accommodated my arrival down south. The reason i'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 star review is there was a leak in... See More the roof which damaged some of my wood furniture. I would recommend placing a tarp over your belongings.
