This was easy. They drop off a trailer, you pack it at your leisure, the way you want, call when it's loaded, and they take care of transporting it to your final destination. After unloading, you make another call for the trailer to be picked up, and the cost savings was fantastic! I will use U-Pack again if I ever move again.
Every single touch point I had with this company was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful, the communication was on point, and the drivers from ABF were super helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend this service highly enough. We moved 2500 miles with a 26' truck and didn't worry about a thing. Thank you Upack for taking the biggest part of the move and making it the easiest. And the most affordable by far!
After researching similar moving options (PODs, Uhaul, Penske, Atlas) I settled with U-Pack. Boy, am I glad I did! From the outset, recommendations between containers and trailer space were professional and spot on. I reserved 20 feet in the 28 foot trailer and used only 18 feet and they only charged for the 18 feet. From trailer drop off at my home in SoCal to delivery in Loveland, CO., I couldn't have asked for better service or better people. I definitely recommend U-Pack to anyone wanti... U-Pack was the way to go for us. With a 3,200 sq ft home and 3-car garage, we needed two 28' trailers. They dropped off on a Tuesday, movers came on Thursday, then U-Pack picked up the following Tuesday giving us plenty of time to load. With the guarantee delivery time (two days within pick up) this allowed us time to drive our own vehicles to our destination. Trailers arrived on time, then the next day our movers unloaded, and believe it or not, that same afternoon U-Pack picked up the trail... See Moreers and we were done! This was so easy and really set our minds at easy. It was expensive, but for us it was worth it. Staff and drivers were kind and professional. Throughout stayed in contacted and never left you guessing. Very efficient process and high recommend.
