The service from U-pack was awesome. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. The drivers did an amazing job getting the truck in and out of some tight spots. At the destination, he maneuvered that big truck into a short driveway and narrow street in front of the apartment building. U-Pack & their parent company ABF were fantastic every step of the way. biggest highlight: they delivered the trailer for minutes into a two hour window! I changed my entire moving plan last minute when I checked the BBB rating for the company I was going to use and it was an F. I called U-Pack and got set up within minutes feeling confident I wasn't giving money to a scammer. Excellent customer service! I had to set up a long distance move for my parents and both upack as well the their 3rd party movers were awesome! Everything was well coordinated. I even had to get a second re-lo cube at the last minute and they got it out the next day! The movers kept in touch with me for both loading and unloading. I would highly recommend them for a small move!
U-Pack delivered on time no problems. I really liked being able to track where in the cross country move our stuff was. A big plus is that the credit card is charged when the van was dropped off. We had a few stop load braces which were very beneficial. We also used folded up empty boxes to make the load tight. Everything arrived. No surprises. I'd use them again if I had to move again.
