We were so skeptical to use any interstate moving company after a terrible experience we personally observed with Unified Van Lines. ABF proved to be a wonderful experience. All the staff from the first call i made where the customer service was excellent to the calls we made to the terminals along the way could not have been better. They were up front about everything. Everyone was friendly, helpful and caring. They did exactly as they said they would and picked up and delivered on time as prom...  See Moreised. I loved the way they kept us informed with text messages all along the way. The cost was very reasonable and there were no surprises ever. I would recommend this company and use them again if I ever move again.

We have used U-Pack trailers twice for our move to Florida. Everything from start to finish was better than we expected. No waiting for someone to answer a phone when we had a question, the trailers were delivered on time by very helpful and friendly drivers who answered our questions about the bulkheads and showed us how to lock them when complete and gave us a few packing tips. The drivers on the delivery end were equally as friendly and helpful. Everything was on time and nothing was dam...  See Moreaged. Both times we used less space than we expected and our bill was immediately reduced accordingly. I would recommend them to anyone making a move.

I was amazed with ABF and their U-Pack service. The pod arrived on time, was easily packed, picked up when requested and delivered 1,400 miles away within days. Everyone with the company was great. I would definitely use them again!
