Everything Upac promised they delivered. They delivered the trailer at our home on time, and the price for the move was exactly what they quoted. The trailer was delivered to our new digs on time. An outstanding experience in a challenging relocation.
Would use U-Pack again in a heartbeat. Only thing I'd change would be a solid ramp instead of lattice type for heavy items with small legs that are too big for a dolly.
