U-Pack is an excellent way to move your large "stuff". If you're willing to do the work of loading and unloading, it will save you $$ and all the hassles you might have encountered while driving a large moving van across the country yourself. Because I was not on a tight schedule for getting my things to point B, a few hours delay in my freight being picked up was nothing to me. But on the other hand, U-Pack is very flexible as far as the window of time you have to load and unload your possessions. If I have to make a big move again, I'll go with U-Pack!

Best moving company experience of my life! Easy to reach and order delivery and pick up dates. Came exactly when expected with prompt notifications to let you know when 15 minutes ahead of time and delivery/pickup drivers where incredibly friendly and helpful with paperwork both ways. Would definitely recommend and use this company in future. Way to go Upack!!!

Two areas of concern. The trailer had a leak in the roof in a spot that had been previously patched. U-Pack was responsive, but it took about four hours for the tech to arrive and patch the hole while we were trying to pack. After he fixed it, we continued to pack. The next day the repair was still leaking. U-Pack again sent the same tech back up to repair the leak. Another four hours of downtime. I didn't want to continue to pack if the leak could not be fixed. The leak did get fixed, but we ha...  See Mored to stop loading when we had a crew to help us. Fortunately we had the trailer over the weekend to continue packing. Turns out that nothing appears to be damaged from the leak. But please, U-Pack, you need to give the trailers a once over before sending them out. Second issue. U-Pack overcharged us for usage. We contacted for a full trailer but only used 21 feet. It took four phone calls over the course of 2 weeks for them to post the refund to our account. Seems excessive. I think we would use them again, but I would underestimate the usage of trailer space and have U-Pack bill me for the difference instead of waiting 2 weeks for a refund. Oh, and I'd do a better job of inspecting the trailer before accepting it.

My family of 5 has now moved twice using U-Pack. I can not say enough great things about everyone that we did business with along the way. The delivery drivers were friendly and professional and our belongings arrived in good shape and far ahead of schedule! They were glad to hold the truck until we arrived in our new city and deliver when we were ready. Calling to main office of U-Pack always provided a sense of excellent customer service as a priority.
