Had a really great start to finish experience with UPack. My ReloCube arrived ahead of schedule in Seattle, was picked up on time, and made it to my destination without hassle or challenge. I was extremely hesitant to use a cube/pod-type moving company, but after my experience, I will recommend U-Pack to everyone. I hired professional movers to load my pod, which I highly recommend to prevent damage or breakage.
Our experience with U-Pack with our move was awesome! The driver who dropped off our container was very helpful and explained everthing to us thoroughly. We felt the service was super fast! We drove 16 hours to our new home and our container arrived the next morning. When we unloaded it, it was picked up as soon as we called. This company is top-notch. We are very happy we decided to use U-Pack for our move. It helped us move worry-free!
It was a little stressful for us as newbies, but it all worked out very nicely. The company provided every thing and every service they said they would. Our only hitch was that we bought rope before the cubes came, and that rope was too thick to use with the structure of the cubes. You need THIN rope, maybe 1/4 inch. And don't try to time everything perfectly, because ABF doesn't operate on the weekends and the way trucking firms operate, they don't necessarily load your stuff and go straight... See More to your new address. They may have to wait for more loads to fill their trucks. They can't just drive one or two cubes all the way across the nation. They have to strive to have every truck full. But they are very lenient with you about the amount of time you need to load and unload.
