We had ups and downs with our experience with U-Pack moving from Wisconsin to Arizona. We scheduled it more than a month in advance as our truck needed to be at our new house by the 29th. The day the truck was to be delivered between 12-4, it never came and we had to call U-Pack. They said they were behind, but no one contacted us and our movers were going to be at our house at 8am the next day! The truck was delivered at 8pm after they found someone who could deliver it. The truck made it to Ph...  See Moreoenix well before it needed to be there, which was great. When I called to schedule delivery, the woman told me they were transferring it to another company and I had to call them. I called the other company and they couldn't schedule it until U-Pack passed it to them. She said the next day. I called again and she said they hadn't received it from U-Pack. I called U-Pack again and it turns out we had a balance on our account and they wouldn't deliver it until it was paid! No one ever mentioned this to us! I paid it immediately and they said they would send the truck over to the deliver company. The truck made it to our new house at 4pm on the 29th, but that was because everyone made an extra effort, which we appreciated. We also had a terrific delivery guy who did an amazing job of getting the truck into our tricky driveway.
