We Got quotes from drive it your self to another pod company for our Illinois to Florida move and glad we went with U Pack, the cubes arived on time ,clean and in good condition ,they were picked up when promised even when we changed the pick up day ,they were then delivered on time in the driveway of our new home on the scheduled date and time and picked up when we finished unloading, we couldnt be happeir with the service or price ,we'd definitely recommend UPack to everyone
This was our second move with U-Pack and it went as flawlessly as the first. ABF communicates regularly about expectations and even provides hints and tips for making your move easier. The delivery driver was on time and the pick up was one phone call away. Both moves were reasonably priced, and went exactly as planned. We will be using them again in the next few months. Highest praise for ABF and the U-Pack experience.
If you're moving far (we just moved 800 miles) they were awesome!! Excellent communication the whole way and everything was delivered/picked up/delivered and then picked up again on schedule!!! I would highly recommend.
I used U-Pack to move from California to Michigan. They were excellent. Good communicators throughout the process and they delivered a day early. Everything was in good shape. Initially they gave me a quote for 13 feet, but because of downsizing, I was able to pack everything into 8 feet. U-Pack gave me credit for the 5 feet. Highly recommend U-Pack.
