Easy Peasy. From first phone call to get info, to the driver picking up the trailer last night after I got everything unloaded. Incredibly helpful, nice employees. Go ahead & compare their prices to all the others. Truly, best bang for the buck.
There was not one glitch in the service provided b U-Pack. From the first time I contacted them, they did not pressure me at all, and answered all my questions. The delivery man was very helpful and kind. The ReloCube arrived as scheduled, and went into storage as I requested. When I was ready to unpack, the folks at the warehouse lot were very accommodating. I am very glad I chose to do my move this way rather than having a moving company do the job. Full Marks to U-Pack!
