My experience with u-Pack/ABF was wonderful. Online scheduling, 800 number representative and employees in both local offices in Montgomery, Alabama and Seattle, WA went above and beyond to make this move easy! I read and watched numerous articles and videos to see how to pack, and when I opened my cube, everything was in its place and not one thing was broken. I used shrink wrap and old blankets to wrap everything and secured it with 6 (one inch/16 ft) ratchet tie downs and several varying ...  See Moresizes of bungee cords. Seattle has some fairly strict permit rules but the local office worked with me to utilize a one-hour "live load". Chuck delivered my relocube and even helped me and my daughter unload it -- all in under 37 minutes! Less than one hour after the truck arrive with the cube, I was waiving goodby. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any future move.

I research every company like U-Pack and found they were the only one that met our high standards. You will be overwhelmed by their customer service and each person that we met from the driver who brought the cube to the person that delivered it 6 days later to my new home, they were caring, thoughtful and wanted to their job in a five star manner. We can't recommend them enough, if we could give them 10 stars we would. They showed us the best position for the cube for loading and unloading, also gave us hints on how to pack it to capacity....the right way.
