U pack is one of th most economical ways to move out of state. I had bedroom furniture to move from NY to Ga they brought the pod to my house I pack it and they took it to the warehouse and ship it in to days. I was out of the country vacationing and they held my pod until I was ready to receive it no damages everything in tack awesome service. Much cheaper than renting a truck and driving myself. And they offered discounts would definitely do again great professional people.
Excellent experience. I would use U-Pack again. All of our belongings arrived in good condition and the cost for our move was very reasonable.
Very quick, very efficient, and very friendly. I had booked another moving service who kept delaying and weren't doing anything to make things better. I cancelled them, called U-Pack and had a relocube delivered the next day. All of my belongings were delivered to my new address in 6 days (instead of the 30 days quoted by most other movers) and I saved $700 to boot. Needless to say, U-Pack are awesome and will be my go-to for all my future moves.
We moved from Ocala, FL to Malta, NY this month and we are so happy that we chose U-Pack! Their customer service was awesome. I made a couple changes along the way in the beginning with move dates and pick up dates and the staff at customer service were very helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. Hands down the best moving experience I have ever had! It was so easy that at one point I called just to ask if I was missing something -- too easy and too economical! From the customer service/sales folks who organize the big details to the local terminal workers who help you sweat the small stuff (drop off times, location, etc.) things went like clockwork.
