Great experience, timely and all arrived without a scratch!
If you move across country and want to do it with ease and a way better deal then what is currently out there besides driving your own truck across country this is it! Friendly, fast, efficient! I used them when moving across country twice! (Arizona to Delaware then Delaware back to Arizona) I'd use them again without a doubt again for a long distance move. Thanks Upack!
All of our interactions with U-Pack were outstanding. From the initial reservation to the final trailer pick-up the people were knowledgeable and friendly. If we move again we will definitely use U-Pack.
I had originally ordered 3 U-Pack cubes. When the driver delivered them to the storage unit, he took a look at what needed to be loaded and told me a trailer would work out much cheaper. He took back the cubes and returned with a trailer within the hour! I saved around $600 on the move. The moving help (not on U-Pack's recommended list) did not do a good job of packing and tying down. When I unpacked the trailer at the destination there was far less damage than I expected, which tells me how good the driver was.
