Used the trailer by the foot service for our move from Seattle to Albuquerque. The price was competitive and also more flexible and reasonable for over or under estimated volume than competitors. We liked the ability to track our shipment’s progress online. Every interaction was courteous and professional including the drivers who dropped off and picked up the trailer. This is a great option for a long distance move.

Thank you for making my move so much easier! I learned just how much of a master my mom would be at Tetris when she expertly packed our entire little house (after some major cuts) into 9 feet of space. The gentlemen who came to drop off and pick up the trailer were all friendly, as well as the people I talked to on the phone regarding my trailer. They were friendly even as we had to push back the pickup date twice. I’m very happy with my experience! I’d say I’ll happily use them again, but I’m not planning a cross country move like that ever again. 😂

After some research and reading various reviews, I decided to go with U-Pack. I couldn't be happier with the overall process and service. All of the drivers were very friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent and I was kept up to date on when the truck would arrive at my home. All the standard moving companies want you to fill out a lengthy inventory of everything you plan to put on the truck. U-Pack, how many bedrooms do you plan to move?

If you move across country and want to do it with ease and a way better deal then what is currently out there besides driving your own truck across country this is it! Friendly, fast, efficient! I used them when moving across country twice! (Arizona to Delaware then Delaware back to Arizona) I'd use them again without a doubt again for a long distance move. Thanks Upack!
