I have nothing but good things to say about Upack! They were flexible, caring, very helpful and nice. My husband is in the Military and had a lot of delays for our move. Upack instead of making me cancel my reservation worked with me so that I was able to keep my rate. All the people that dropped off our trailer and picked it up we’re very nice, helpful and professional. Compared to other moving companies Upack had some of the beater deals. The first time I've ever moved and the first time I ever used a shipping company. They were cheaper than driving a U-Haul with exceptional professionalism in explaining everything, as well as answering my questions. I spoke to several people in the office and everyone was knowledgeable which is so reassuring when my stuff is away from me for days at a time. They did everything EARLIER than expected, and when a hiccup occured, they corrected without hesitation. Definitely using them when I move back.
