We moved from Ocala, FL to Malta, NY this month and we are so happy that we chose U-Pack! Their customer service was awesome. I made a couple changes along the way in the beginning with move dates and pick up dates and the staff at customer service were very helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. Two trailers and one medium rental truck is so much better than 4 or more rental truck trips. I would have driven for four days straight for over 1800 miles in addition to loading and unloading. With U-Pack, Old Dominion parked a semi trailer in my driveway(The driver did such a wonderful job of maneuvering the trailer into just the right position), and we loaded it in two days. Another trailer was parked in the same place on the driveway. While we spent two days packing the second trailer, the ... See Morefirst was already on it's way to Idaho. We left for our new home on Sunday, driving a full day in the rental truck. Monday, we unloaded that smaller truck, and the next day, the first trailer arrived for unloading. When we finished the job the next morning, the second trailer arrived, and we unloaded it. The good news: we spent so much less time driving, The bad news: we had all that added time to unload (actually good news also).
So happy!! My boyfriend and I moved from Long Beach, CA to Salt Lake City, UT this month (January 2018). We researched so many places that do the pods since we wanted to avoid driving a moving truck at all costs, and we came across U-Pack! They had the lowest costs to deliver and store up to 30 days since our apartment wasn't finalized (the amount we paid U-Pack for their service plus storage was the minimum amount U-Haul was going to charge us for a truck and no storage). We had a few hiccups a... See Morend had to give late notice to the company/driver about location drop off/pickup and they handled it so professionally- without giving us any grief. Also, we fit mostly everything from our one bedroom apartment in our one pod, packed from top to bottom (only thing was part of our sectional couch cause it was too tall). This was absolutely the best way for me to move my belongings from Florida to Texas. I had plenty of time to unpack and pack the relocubes and the PRICE WAS RIGHT!!! The cistomer service was terrific in Florida and Texas. THIS IS THE WAY TO MOVE!!
