My sister was relocating to W. Tenn from Springfield, MO and is not an 'online' person - so I went online searching for a U-Haul arrangement. But as luck would have it, the U-Pack information was also among the opportunities I found. What a blessing to have found these folks... From the very 1st encounter/phone call, her move went like clock-work. The EXCELLENT communication with every, single contact was greater/more informative/helpful than we ever could have hoped for. See Moreght to her originating/departing Springfield location exactly on time; picked back up exactly on time and brought to her new home exactly on time ---- and all the while, we were kept 'in the loop'.... Email to me and calls to her, since she was not an online customer. The other wonderful, extra nice service, is the 'mail forwarding' offer that is free cost-wise and free of flaws-wise! That too worked like a well-oiled machine. Every other5 star review listed here is just like we enjoyed (if a move can be a joy) -- but if she or I every have to move, you can bet the farm on the fact that no other service would even be considered.... Finally, the delivering driver - from Jackson TN hub - put that trailer/pod in a spot that a VolksWagon could not have managed to maneuver; between the house, 2 cars and around a tree!. Amazing - great service. Wish I had stock in this company!
Second time we have used upack. Both experiences great. Compared to renting 2 uhauls and paying gasoline alone we saved about 2k. Great tracking - updates daily- each person we talked to was pleasant and helpful from Indinapolis, IN to Spokane, WA.
