U pack is one of th most economical ways to move out of state. I had bedroom furniture to move from NY to Ga they brought the pod to my house I pack it and they took it to the warehouse and ship it in to days. I was out of the country vacationing and they held my pod until I was ready to receive it no damages everything in tack awesome service. Much cheaper than renting a truck and driving myself. And they offered discounts would definitely do again great professional people.
I moved from Oregon to Alabama in August. I have made several moves crisscrossing the country using every carrier from major long haul companies to Uhaul to make those treks. This was a solo move this time and I was looking for the most bang for the buck. I received multiple quotes from pods to Uhaul and then I found U-Pack. From the first person that I spoke with to the driver that picked up that 28 footer in Alabama, they were all polite, considerate, helpful and most professional. I chan... See Moreged the date of pick-up several times without a single bit of pressure or stress. The price that I was quoted in the very beginning was the actual total at the end of the process .... remarkable! Other comments that I read in the reviews as far as tight packing and dusty environs are great tips to note. Not that I have any plans to move again in the near future, but If I should, the first place I'll call is U-Pack.
Great experience with U-Pack. Communication was exceptional. Our relo cube arrived on time and nothing was damaged. Was surprised how much we could fit into the cube....used bungees so we were able to use every corner and crevice. Highly recommend this company!
The customer service in the local office and main office was great. They answered all my questions and pointed me to a video when I was afraid the relocube would be too small. They arrived in time for drop off, pick up and final delivery. For the price it's great and the container holds more than you would think. I will use them again.
