I used a container company on my last cross country move and it was a nightmare. This move was smooth and easy with UPack and customer service and communication were excellent. I can't imagine how this experience could have been any better. U-Pack exceeded all our expectations for our move from Gainesville, FL to Seattle, WA. The cube was delivered exactly when promised, with lots of communication from the Ocala office and the driver. The cube was just the right size and was simple to load, with tie-down attachments available every few inches. Being able to track the location of the cube as it crossed the country each day was very reassuring. We were nervous about arr...  See Moreival in Seattle, as the city's permitting process is daunting and our new apartment is downtown on busy city streets with crazy parking, but the delivery driver was AWESOME and made it easy. We were thrilled when we opened the cube to see that the load was stable...nothing had shifted even an inch! Every item was intact and undamaged. When it became apparent that we would finish our unload the same day (a Friday), Jim in dispatching at the Seattle office worked with us to arrange an early pickup and got us on the schedule to have the cube removed by 3:30 p.m. This high level of fabulous service made the reasonable cost worth every penny.
