U-Pack & their parent company ABF were fantastic every step of the way. biggest highlight: they delivered the trailer for minutes into a two hour window! I changed my entire moving plan last minute when I checked the BBB rating for the company I was going to use and it was an F. I called U-Pack and got set up within minutes feeling confident I wasn't giving money to a scammer. Very professional, courteous and economical. Everybody along the way was great! The u-pack drivers we outstanding. Definitely recommend using these guys. I kept looking for hidden fees, but the don't exist. What they quote you is exactly what you pay. I will NEVER go U haul again.
