I have been very impressed and satisfied with my experience with U-Pack. Delivery and pick up went smoothly the drivers were terrific.
Everyone I dealt with was professional and had a great attitude. They were ahead of schedule at each point too.
I research every company like U-Pack and found they were the only one that met our high standards. You will be overwhelmed by their customer service and each person that we met from the driver who brought the cube to the person that delivered it 6 days later to my new home, they were caring, thoughtful and wanted to their job in a five star manner. We can't recommend them enough, if we could give them 10 stars we would. They showed us the best position for the cube for loading and unloading, also gave us hints on how to pack it to capacity....the right way.
Absolutely great service. Prompt drop off, prompt delivery, and prompt pick up. Every time I called customer service, they were more than happy to help me and answer all my questions. They were about $300-$400 cheaper than U-Haul pods and PODS. And 3k cheaper than a local place I called. I loved the ease of being able to load and unload at our pace (within three days). Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
I had a great experience with Upack. I received my furniture a week early. Using this company really saved me from driving my furniture from California my self. I also saved money and the stress. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service too. Hopefully I'm done with moving but if I have to move cross country again it will be with Upack. Thanks much.....
