Hello out there! Seriously, the whole service provided by ABH was sensational. I began by searching for a service that could accommodate our challenging driveway with containers that we could load ourselves and ship to a second location where we could unload them. I found the UPack ReloCubes and checked out a couple of the YouTube videos. I became very interested. Then I filled out something and got a couple nice emails with quotes. When I was ready I called and spoke with an agent, then a... See Moregain a few days later when I was finally ready with another agent. The people I spoke with were perfect. I was able to meet the driver at the beginning location and he too was perfect. Then again when he picked them up a couple days later. And then just yesterday when the the 2 ReloCubes were delivered 1200 miles away the delivery driver did an outstanding job. Finally today, the final part was removing the ReloCubes and wallah, perfect experience! I recommend UPack 100%.
We have used UPack twice: our move to Texas and our move back to Colorado. Both times were handled with great customer service. They are so accommodating and do exactly what they say they are going to, which is hard to come by these days. I wouldn't consider doing a move any other way.
What a great way to move! You do your own packing (they allow 3 free days to do this!) and just call when it's ready for pick up. The drivers and dispatchers were all very pleasant and helpful, and tracking of your trailer is updated online as well so you can follow it's progress. Great folks - and sure beats driving a (gas guzzling) rental truck! They really did a great job all the way around.
I can't imagine how this experience could have been any better. U-Pack exceeded all our expectations for our move from Gainesville, FL to Seattle, WA. The cube was delivered exactly when promised, with lots of communication from the Ocala office and the driver. The cube was just the right size and was simple to load, with tie-down attachments available every few inches. Being able to track the location of the cube as it crossed the country each day was very reassuring. We were nervous about arr... See Moreival in Seattle, as the city's permitting process is daunting and our new apartment is downtown on busy city streets with crazy parking, but the delivery driver was AWESOME and made it easy. We were thrilled when we opened the cube to see that the load was stable...nothing had shifted even an inch! Every item was intact and undamaged. When it became apparent that we would finish our unload the same day (a Friday), Jim in dispatching at the Seattle office worked with us to arrange an early pickup and got us on the schedule to have the cube removed by 3:30 p.m. This high level of fabulous service made the reasonable cost worth every penny. This is an excellent service especially when trying to save money, the fees are not bad considering you have to rent a truck, pay for gas, and in some cases have to pay for travel expenses for the driver. Wish I was aware of this 7 years ago. Thank you for a wonderful job. Very accommodating no matter what
