I was a little skeptical about using a fully online moving company but I was very pleased. I originally paid for 20ft of the trailer and ended up using the entire 28ft of the trailer. It wasn't a problem at all. I also needed an extra day to pack the trailer and it wasn't a problem and at no cost. The trailer was picked up on schedule and made it from CA to SC in less then the estimated time. Great service, they took care of me and my family at both ends. Very friendly...even took care of our items while we were displaced during Hurricane Irma. Would recommended them to anyone who's traveling cross country.
