Moved from Iowa to Florida and U-Pack was great. Dropped off the pods and picked them up. Delivered them to new address in Florida. Saved me over $1500 over next cheapest option and I did not have to drive a truck pulling a car carrier in parts of the country I am not real familiar with. Made an unexpected stressful move a lot easier. I would highly recommend U-Pack. The staff was friendly and helpful. The drivers were excellent.
The ABF U-Pack was delivered the morning I had requested and we worked hard for 2 days to fill it. We finished about 4PM and called figuring they would not be able to get it yet that day, especially being a Friday. By 5PM we saw the truck pull up and hook onto our goods. When it was delivered out on the following week it was all in real good shape. We had been concerned about possible settling while transporting, but there was no damage to our goods. Real please with the experience.

We moved from Phoenix AZ to Edmonton in Alberta and we couldn't have wished for things to go any smoother. Doing everything ourselves was a little daunting, particularly with crossing international borders, but all the information was there in plain English and customer services were outstanding whenever we needed to call. Our only gripe if anything was the delivery at origin came much later than we were initially told. This was a little frustrating as we were on a tight schedule but it all came... See More good in the end. Professional, friendly staff, competitive prices, excellent service - we have no hesitation in recommending upack :)
