Great service!!! The drivers were extremely professional and dealing with the customer service on both ends was a breeze! I would use them again if I needed to make another move!

I am very satisfied with this company. I wish I had known about them for my last 2 moves. We did our own packing but their response they're helpfulness their courtesy all was very good I highly recommend them if you're going to make a move I will certainly use them again just I hope not too soon.

I had originally ordered 3 U-Pack cubes. When the driver delivered them to the storage unit, he took a look at what needed to be loaded and told me a trailer would work out much cheaper. He took back the cubes and returned with a trailer within the hour! I saved around $600 on the move. The moving help (not on U-Pack's recommended list) did not do a good job of packing and tying down. When I unpacked the trailer at the destination there was far less damage than I expected, which tells me how good the driver was.

This is the only way to move! They did exactly what was promised. The trailer was delivered on time. We had it loaded that day. We called and asked them to pick up on a Friday. They said they could not guarantee the Friday pick up, but it would definitely be picked up on Saturday. It was. We knew exactly where the truck was from the moment they picked it up to the moment they dropped it at our new home. We unloaded the truck within 5 hours of the drop off. We sent a message to have it p...  See Moreicked up. We got a response back that it would be picked up the next day. It was. We went from MA to SC - 11' of trailer space. Price was amazing compared to the Pod. Pod wanted almost $4,000 - Not UPack! Thank you for taking a major stress out of the move.
