Have used UPack 4 times. Very satisfied and their customer service is the best. This last move from AZ to OR was the most problematic because of changes in house closing dates, but UPack worked with me on every change.
I had no problem at all using U-Pack. I strongly recommend. All the staff was helpful and always willing to find a way to make more easy considering my needs. I moved from Baltimore to Austin.
After some research and reading various reviews, I decided to go with U-Pack. I couldn't be happier with the overall process and service. All of the drivers were very friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent and I was kept up to date on when the truck would arrive at my home. All the standard moving companies want you to fill out a lengthy inventory of everything you plan to put on the truck. U-Pack, how many bedrooms do you plan to move?
My move was from Florida to Massachusetts. I have moved many times (I think I'm up to 26 or 27 moves now) but this is my first time using UPack. My cube arrived on Friday and I had it picked up on Wednesday so I had a few days to pack everything up. My dates changed so I appreciated the flexibility of the UPack service vs. a moving company. Plus I was able to pack & put items in the cube as we went along so we were not tripping over boxes. I fit the personal contents of a 3 bedroom condo (m... I had called UHaul first and they were awful to deal with and very inflexible so I was happy to find UPack. I would highly recommend them!
